Villa Garoupe Beach and its glamorous story

Villa Garoupe Beach is set in one of the French Riviera’ s most glamorous spots. This place is known for its outstanding beauty.

In the early 20th century the Cap d’ Antibes became one of the most exclusive resorts in the world.

Famous Hollywood stars and well-known artists still spend their holidays in exceptional hotels, properties or fashionable beaches all over. Glittering parties are held during the famous festival de Cannes. In the summer season helicopters come from Saint Tropez and Monaco for a day. Busy Juan-les-Pins and Antibes are close by, but the Cap d’ Antibes is still an exceptional and refreshingly authentic place at the French Riviera.

The land where the venue now stands was owned by a well-known Italian-French family in the beginning of the 20th century. This family owned a big part of Cap d’ Antibes and sold more and more of their land over the years. The daughter of this family had the idea to create a beach-snack bar and followed her dreams. The Bistro was created and thanks to her open and friendly mind the place quickly attracted a lot of guests. Villa Garoupe Beach was visited by a lot of known Hollywood stars. Glamorous parties where held during the golden years in this luxury part of the French Riviera.

In 1998 Villa Garoupe Beach changed the style to a luxurious restaurant and private beach. Again ten years of colorful and glamorous moments followed. But one day the decision was made to remodel the restaurant to a private villa. The owners decided to give people other than the family the chance to enjoy this energetic piece of heaven. They are thankful to have the chance to own this diamond on the fantastic coastline of Cap d’ Antibes.
